How do I prepare for a sauna?
A good sauna bath will make you sweat a great deal. It’s good sauna etiquette to be clean when you go in the sauna so that sweat is coming from a fresh, clean body. You should also ensure that you are well hydrated and bring extra water and your own towel to sit on in the sauna.
How should I use my sauna session?
Post cleaning, your sauna will warm up to peak temperature. Trust your body and when you start to feel too hot, go outside, take a break, cool down in the air or water and then come back for another go.
How do you keep your saunas clean and covid friendly?
We ask our users to bring their own clean towels to sit on during their sauna. Between users, our saunas are fully ventilated and cleaned in an environmentally friendly way. Additionally, saunas operate at high temperatures (up to around 90C/195F) which provides a sterilising effect in itself.
